Ruth Seehausen
Ruth’s interest in Buddhism deepened when she became a Rigpa student in 1986, while attending art college in Germany. She later studied psychology, earning her MA from the LMU in Munich. At the time she was travelling the world acting as an assistant to Sogyal Rinpoche. Throughout the years, she has contributed in various capacities within Rigpa. She also completed a three-year retreat in Lerab Ling, and numerous shorter retreats. She currently guides Rigpa students on Vajrayana preliminary practices, and develops and teaches courses on Dharma topics for beginners and advanced students. She also holds meditation and compassion seminars for the corporate world, and works as a personal coach.
