Jane Packham

Jane, born in Gadigal, Sydney, began meditation to try to make sense of her busy life in 1992 with Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. After reading The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, she met Sogyal Rinpoche and moved to Lerab Ling, France for twenty years, studying and practising the main texts in the Nyingma Dzogchen tradition. She completed a Three Year Retreat and also did long retreat, supported many people through teaching, practice, guidance, developing courses and events. As an artistic theatre director, her latest work is Michaela Burger's The State of Grace, for Edinburgh Festival August 2024.
